Wessel Bruinsma holds an MPhil in Machine Learning and Machine Intelligence from the University of Cambridge and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Delft. He was previously employed as a machine learning researcher at Invenia Labs in Cambridge, and was part of the TU Delft Solar Boat Team in Delft.
His research interests include probabilistic modelling, with a focus on Gaussian processes, approximate inference, and signal processing. Wessel is a member of Christs’s College, and is currently funded by an International Doctoral Scholars (IDS) Grant from the EPSRC.
